I have been involved in sports since childhood, and for the past five years I have been regularly visiting the gym or training outdoors. I devote myself to strength training and exercises with my own weight. I met cregaatine at my first street workout competition. now it really helps me in my training and especially in achieving results. it is very useful for gaining strength, and I also like the fact that it does not retain water in the body, because it is very difficult for me to have unnecessary kilos during street workouts.
