It contains creatine and a precursor of creatine – guanidinoacetic acid (GAA). Creatine occurs naturally in skeletal muscle, kidneys, brain and liver.
Composition of the additive: in daily dose (2 sachets):
2000 mg * – guanidinoacetic acid (GAA)
2000 mg * – creatine monohydrate
* NRV: daily adult intake reference value (Nutrient Reference Value).
Other ingredients: anti-caking agent (silicon dioxide)
Recommended intake: Amount needed to achieve the beneficial effects of the product: 1 sachet 2 times a day. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose!
